Empire of the Sun to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Walking On A Dream with reissued vinyl and new music

Empire of the Sun are commemorating the 10th anniversary of their classic debut album with a vinyl reissue and new music.

Walking On A Dream's new vinyl pressing coincides with the album's February 2009 UK release, while the album arrived slightly earlier in their native Australia in October 2008.

The new pressing of their critical breakthrough will be on transparent blood orange vinyl, and includes a download code to hear a previously unreleased song Chrysalis. Released February 1, the new edition of the album is available to pre-order now.

Walking On A Dream spawned the worldwide hit title track, plus the summer anthem We Are The People, which peaked at Number 14 on the Official Singles Chart. View Empire of the Sun's full UK chart history.

The album reached the Top 20 of the Official Albums Chart, and helped Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore receive two BRIT Award nominations. At the 2010 BRITs, EOTS were nominated for Best International Newcomer and Best International Album, beaten to the trophies in both categories by Lady Gaga.
