Digga D earns highest new entry with Noughty By Nature on Irish Albums Chart as Ed Sheeran reclaims Number 1 with =

Ed Sheeran returns to Number 1 with his fifth studio album = (Equals).

Equals is this week’s biggest album on physical formats and digital downloads, knocking Olivia Rodrigo’s SOUR – the most-streamed entry of the week – down to Number 2.

Dua Lipa enjoys a major boost this week following her Future Nostalgia tour dates in Dublin; Future Nostalgia (2020) flies 12 places back up to Number 3, while Dua Lipa (2017) leaps ten to Number 15.

Our highest new entry of the week comes from UK drill rapper Digga D, with his third mixtape Noughty By Nature, landing straight in at Number 17 to become his second Top 50 album in Ireland. Digga D’s previous tape Made In The Pyrex peaked at Number 10 on its release in 2021.

Lots of albums rebound back into the Top 50 this week, including The Beatles’ 1 greatest hits collection, Hozier’s self-titled debut (44), Billie Eilish’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (45) and greatest hits collections, Number Ones by Michael Jackson (47) and Oasis’ Time Flies: 1994-2009 (49).
