Charli XCX announces new album Sucker, new single

The singer-songwriter has unveiled details of her second studio album Sucker, as well as debuting her new single Break The Rules.

Charli XCX has revealed details of her new album Sucker, the follow up to 2013’s True Romance.

Sucker will be released on October 20 through Neon Gold/Atlantic Records and will be preceded by new single Break The Rules.

Charli announced the news on Twitter simply writing "SUCKER", before adding, "2nd album is SUCKER. new song is BREAK THE RULES."

Charli is no stranger to chart success with her last release Boom Clap, which features on the soundtrack to The Fault In Our Stars, peaking at Number 6 on the Official Singles Chart. Charli has also featured (and co-written!) on Iggy Azalea’s Number 5 hit Fancy and Icona Pop’s Official Singles Chart Number 1 I Love It.
