Aitch's Baby becomes UK's Number 1 Trending Song

The track features a prominent sample of Ashanti's Rock Wit U. Plus new entries from Megan Thee Stallion & Dua Lipa and Florence & The Machine.

Aitch has got it, baby, as his new single today becomes the UK's Number 1 Trending Song.

The track - which also credits 00s R&B siren Ashanti due to a sample taken from her single Rock Wit U - is Aitch's first solo release of 2022 (after jumping on the Top 10 hit War with ArrDee) and is heading straight for an Official Singles Chart Top 10 debut this week too.

This week also sees a potentially massive debut from none other than Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa, who have teamed up for the first time ever on their new tune, Sweetest Pie.

A luscious, sultry synth-pop song, Sweetest Pie is heading for a debut straight inside the UK Top 40. It's music video, which sees Megan and Dua subvert beautiful fairytale images with a horror movie panache.

This week's final new entry on the Trending Chart is the latest cut from Florence & The Machine's upcoming album Dance Fever. The bombastic My Love is the most up-tempo offering yet, reminiscent of past tracks such as Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up) and No Light, No Light.

And finally, we only have one big riser on the Trending Chart this week - viral hit Glad U Came by Liilz and ZieZie, which heavily interpolates The Wanted's 2011 Number 1 single, Glad You Came.
