Who is Baby Lasagna?

Baby Lasagna is the stage name of Croatian singer, songwriter and producer Marko Purišić, born in Umag on July 5 1995.

Between 2011-2016 and 2018-2022, Purišić was guitarist in rock band Manntra, alongside members Zoltan Lečei, Andrea Kert, Dorian 'Dodo' Pavlović, Marko Matijević Sekul and Barren King.

Manntra competed in Dora 2019, Croatia's Eurovision Song Contest selection, with their track In the Shadows; placing fourth in the competition.

In October 2023, Purišić forged a career as a soloist, releasing debut single IG Boi under the alias Baby Lasagna. Follow-up Don't Hate Yourself, But Don't Love Yourself Too Much was released in December 2023.

In February 2024, Baby Lasagna competed in Dora 2024, with his song Rim Tim Tagi Dim selected to represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest. The third track lifted from his upcoming debut solo album Demons and Mosquitoes, Rim Tim Tagi Dim initially replaced withdrawn entrant Zsa Zsa's track Probudi usne moje.
