And gone from 8 to 10 weeks on chart in the process.

OCC have given the latest release the same catalogue number as the 1985 one.
For clarity, the first release at #23 from last week's position of #10, and now 9 weeks on the chart (not 10 weeks), is cat # A 6708.
The new entry at #89 has cat # A 6989 and has 'I CAN'T HOLD BACK' as A side and 'BURNING HEART' on side B.
This -up also gives the new entry 10 weeks on the chart on its first week, and affects the WoC in following weeks.
In short - 2 separate records erroneously listed with the same cat number = total mess. It's by no means the first time OCC have managed this.
