Didn't think that "Roses" by Saint Jhn (at #88) would enter the chart. It's popular here in Poland (in Imanbek Remix) but I never thought it would enter the British chart.

Also surprised by the Baby Shark re-entry at 40. I will be curious if it stays like that until Friday. Would be funny to hear it on the radio in 2020.

"Roses" is also popular here because of the remix. The song has been getting some promotion recently

Why the heck are all these old songs rebounding?! Baby Shark? I Don't Care? Shotgun? Please get it off

I think it's just because nothing new is coming through I was looking back at chart this time last year and it was similar.

New releases start coming through late January I think it'll settle at that point

Baby shark, shotgun (especially), I don’t care and someone you loved need to die ASAP

So it's possible that Lewis Capaldi could have three songs in the Top 10 on the next chart? That would be truly something incredible for an album that came out back in May last year! :O

Sadly, the rest of the chart isn't looking all that good! With 'Yummy' set for a Top 10 debut, along with 'I Don't Care' & 'Baby Shark' (why?!) making returns, but at least 'Senorita's back to save things slightly.

Good for Lewis.
Yummy is just here because it's Justin Bieber. Hope it doesn't stay too long.

I think 'Yummy' is proof that some artists can just get a Top 10 hit based on name recognition alone, because it's certainly got nothing to do with quality! :P

Yeah, very pleased for Lewis' recent resurgence of success recently, although I don't see 'Before You Go' hitting #1 sadly.

Yeah! Same but at least it's a top 5

R.I.P. the UK charts. The whole system is really a mess now. Even 'Shotgun' by George Ezra from 2018 has reappeared in the top 30.

Streaming has really buggered up the charts. It's so stagnent now.

I know right? All these unnecessary changes are showing serious side effects

Combined with the ACR rule they added it just makes everything a mess
