Whilst I'm pleased to see the Manics get their first No.1 album in 23 years, I have to say however, that I don't think it's their best album.

Yeah well there's some good stuff in the top ten on ere wot with the Stranglers n Steps even. I always liked Steps meself unlike some on ere.

OCC seems a world unto themselves when comes to defining reissues: Sometimes new entry for the new release, sometimes re-entry added to the old release with no real reason noted for the difference.
