Is Frank Carter's album Modern Ruin, the biggest drop ever in the Top 100, dropping 90 places from 7 to 97?

Quite possibly at the time. Although there have been some drop out of the top 100 from the top 10 since this very old comment. Including some spending their only week on chart at #1.
