Eminem raps about his mother in new single, Headlights FT Nate Ruess.

Eminem has teamed up with Fun. frontman, Nate Ruess, for his new single Headlights, taken from Official Albums Chart Number 1, The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

The video for Headlights, which was directed by Spike Lee, was shot in Eminem’s home city of Detroit and features pictures of the star as a young child.

The US rapper has an impressive chart history and, alongside The Marshall Mathers LP 2Eminem has scored seven other Top 10 albums, with six hitting Number 1; The Marshall Mathers LP (2000), The Eminem Show (2002), Encore (2004), Curtain Call - The Hits (2005), Relapse (2009) and Recovery (2010).

As if that wasn’t enough, the success of current album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, earned Eminem the accolade of becoming the first American act to score seven consecutive UK Number 1 albums!

Eminem has also scored an astounding 31 UK Official Singles Chart Top 40 hits and, eight Number 1s;The Real Slim Shady (2000), Stan (2000), Without Me (2002), Lose Yourself (2002), Just Lose It(2004), Like Toy Soldiers (2005), Smack That, with Akon (2006) and The Monster FT Rihanna (2013), all hit the top spot.

In related news, Eminem is set to perform two dates at London’s Wembley Stadium this summer, marking the first time the rapper has performed in London in 13 years. After tickets for the July 11 show sold out in less than a day, a second date (July 12) was added.
