Irish alt-pop artist Tadhg Daly has created a new live video, stripping back his current single Winter In LA, which you can now watch on irish Charts.

Winter In LA is Tadhg's first single of 2022, following a spectacular breakout year in 2021, which saw him named one of Amazon Music's Ones To Watch, as well as a spot on BBC Introducing's Artists To Watch roster.

Speaking on the new single, which deals with issues around anxiey and depression, Tadhg said: "Winter in LA is about the intense urge I feel constantly to drop everything I own and everyone I know and start fresh somewhere new. I guess in writing and singing this song I’m trying to figure out whether the grass is any greener elsewhere.”

Watch the emotional live performance of Winter in LA below.

Last year, Irish Charts featured Tadhg's alt-pop EP Forever Young. Written in lockdown, he told us that the EP was a "tale of overcoming adversity and battling personal demons."
