Tones and I has released the follow-up to her global smash hit Dance Monkey.

Never Seen The Rain is the official follow-up in the UK to Dance Monkey, which hit Number 1 in 20 countries, including 11 weeks on the Official UK Singles Chart, where it became the longest-running chart-topper by a female artist ever.

The uplifting song features on her debut EP The Kids Are Coming, which was released last year. Watch the newly-released lyric video below:

Australian singer-songwriter Tones and I - real name Toni Watson - kicks off her UK and Ireland tour in February, where she will play five shows including London's O2 Forum and Electric Ballroom. The last few remaining tickets are on sale now.

Tones and I recently announced that she will be putting on a special concert on January 28 in Melbourne to benefit those impacted by Australia’s widespread bushfires. The event sold out in two minutes and raised over $50,000 for the Australian Red Cross, Country Fire Authority in Victoria, and the New South Wales Rural Fire Service.

I think it's not about making a better song, but continuing to express with such a spirit as Tone's has. Looking forward to hearing her new song "Happy". Meanwhile here, "Never Seen the Rain" is on it's 10th week in the Oz Top 10 and "Dance Monkey" 22nd week at No.1!

The song has been a global phenomenon, so it will be hard to surpass. On a global scale it is still growing popularity. It has just had its best 2 weeks on Spotify , streaming over 50 million streams each week. It has spent 85 days at number 1 on the Spotify global chart , which rates it number 6 on the all time list. If she remains number 1 for 29 more days Dance Monkey will knock Post Malone off the top spot . It’s a great achievement for any artist .
Tones does have the advantage of incredible pipes . https://youtu.be/6CJaxUCNmLk

I really like the song! Much better than "dance monkey"!! It won't be as much as a success as her global number 1 single but still deserves to be heard out there!!
