Plus, new entries including Dua Lipa, Krept & Konan, M Huncho, AJ Tracey & Skepta, and the RuPaul's Drag Race queens.

Tones and I is showing no signs of flagging on the dance floor as she marks another week at Number 1 with Dance Monkey.

Dance Monkey notched up 11,450 downloads – its highest weekly downloads figure so far – and scored over 9.33 million streams to land a sixth week atop the Official Singles Chart with a combined sales tally of 84,500.

Tones and I’s domination means Dua Lipa starts at Number 2 with her comeback single Don’t Start Now, which opened the MTV EMAs in Seville last weekend.

Blackbear’s Hot Girl Bummer hits a new peak, rising seven places to Number 18, and Jax Jones’ This is Real, featuring Ella Henderson, leaps 11 slots to Number 19 – Ella was last in the Top 20 with Kygo, back in 2015.

There’s a new entry at 23 for Krept & Konan, D-Block Europe, and Ling Hussle, with Tell Me, and Krept & Konan crop up again at 28, rocketing 19 places with their Wizkid collab, G Love.

Niall Horan’s Nice To Meet Ya rises eight slots to 26; M Huncho is new in at 30 with Thumb, featuring Nafe Smallz; and AJ Tracey and Skepta’s much-anticipated collaboration Kiss and Tell makes its debut at 31.

The cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK are serving chart realness, debuting on the UK’s Official Singles Chart before the inaugural season of the BBC Three show is even over. Break Up (Bye Bye) death-drops straight in at Number 35, following episode 5’s girlband challenge. Poundz zooms 13 places to 37 with Opp Thot; and Halsey’s Graveyard rebounds three slots to re-enter at 40.

For all the Dance Monkey haters watch this video and appreciate that the world collectively adopt an artist with real talent and make them a star. https://youtu.be/5OlAjhSbIcs

You will be hearing and seeing a lot more of Tones and I as shelands in the UK in a few day, as well as the follow up singles "Johnny runaway" and "Never seen the rain" and the EP "The kids are back" all set to follow. Johnny was her first in Oz, while Never has reached the top 10 this week, while Dance spends it's 15th week at number 1 and her 3rd week as world number 1

Tying with Drake? He was bad enough. Xmas is a very different time for sales.

I really wanted DUA LIPA to be our number 1 single this week!! I can't believe the overrated monkey dance is still at number 1!! Thought RU PAUL will get a Top 20 single...was at 19 mid week but only made it to 35!! Glad JAX JONES ia climbing again the charts!!

A busker who was a complete nobody 6 months ago is able to have her song that she wrote all the lyrics too and performed the instruments . For someone who doesn’t really promote themselves , for her to have a global number one song , the song has to be special , it has to be brilliant and that’s what Dance Monkey .Its not overrated ,Overrated is what we have the when a singer has 2.4 million people working for them to produce a song . The release the song and it instantly debuts at number one , a month later it disappears from the top ten because people actually hear the song . Dance monkey is actually a song that describes the current generation that want everything right now . Like this girl criticising a real musician because it wasn’t good enough that DUA ONLY DEBUTED AT NUMBER 2 . Where has Kanye West gone ?

She is 3 out of 3 in her homeland . Think Lady Gaga.
Her very first two.songs Just Dance and Poker Face were brilliant. When I heard Dance Monkey which was her second release in Australia ,
You release that this chick knows how to put a track . She does it all herself. She is potentially the female version of Ed! Stop hating people

This might actually be the first week where I'm a little disappointed with 'Dance Monkey' being #1, since I was really hoping for 'Don't Start Now' to get there! Oh well, #2 is still an amazing start for Dua Lipa.

I'm loving 'This Is Real' being the highest climber of the week! :)

I'm not really disappointed 6 weeks on top. She's still contender in weeks "Don't Start Now has potential to knock off Dance Monkey we don't have big new releases this week

Whatever happens now she won't be there come Xmas unless Adele suddenly reappears just like that(one of the few acts who can end this monkey reign).I've only heard it just the once and frankly that's enough for me. I'm an old school middle aged man not a nursery rhyme level teen.

You.should Not comment if you have only heard it once. https://youtu.be/5OlAjhSbIcs watch her perform it live . Show someone who is a real artist more respect.

Sorry gave up on Radio 1 years ago..I'm staying put on Radio 2 where most of the legends are...you'll never convince me of streaming..Each to their own.Very few classics this side of 2000 make my all time 100.

Oh, I really loved 'Dance Monkey' at first, but it's starting to get old now.

Haha, well it has grown on a lot of people, but it's the kind of song which you either really love or really hate! :P

Yeah, 'Dance Monkey' is still really good, but 'Don't Start Now' debuting at #1 would've been even better.
