Stop right NOW: The Spice Girls have announced details of a 2019 Viva 4 Ever reunion tour without founding member Victoria Beckham.

After months of rumours following the group's meeting in February this year, Geri, Emma, Mel C and Mel B have confirmed they will play six stadium shows next year. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, November 10 at 10.30am. Watch the announcement below:

Beckham will not take part in the shows to focus on her fashion label. She said: "Being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour, I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!"

The full list of shows, supported by Jess Glynne, are:

June 1 - Manchester Etihad Stadium
June 3 - Coventry Ricoh Stadium
June 6 - Sunderland Stadium of Light
June 8 - Edinburgh Murrayfield Stadium
June 10 - Bristol Ashton Gate Stadium
June 15 - London Wembley Stadium

The other four members will promote the tour on ITV's Jonathan Ross Show, which will be broadcast the same day tickets go on sale.

It's not the first time Spice Girls have toured as a four-piece: Geri Horner (née Halliwell) quit the group in May 1998 ahead of the group’s first North American tour, which they finished without her. In 2007, all five returned for a world tour.

Spice Girls also reunited in 2012 for a one-off performance at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games. Each band member is said to have received £10m to promote a new greatest hits album, along with other still-to-be-announced endorsements.

Between 1996 and 2000, Spice Girls notched up nine Number 1s on the Official UK Singles Chart, two of which have sold over 1 million. Look at Spice Girls' complete Official UK Chart history here.

6 concerts won't be enough, I bet there will be at least a date or 2 added as there's been lots of hype about them reforming and doing a tour

Love the Spice Girls. Geri is such a nice person and Emma is so cute. Not to mention Mel B and Mel C, of course!
