Psy to release new single Gentleman tonight

Gangnam Style star Psy to release follow-up single as a digital download at midnight tonight (Thursday, April 11).

Psy will release Gentleman, the hotly anticipated follow-up to his international mega-hit Gangnam Style, for digital download at midnight tonight (Thursday, April 11).

The rapper will be celebrating the release of the track with a concert in front of 50,000 people in Seoul, the capital city of his native South Korea, on Saturday (April 13). UK fans will be able to watch the show live on YouTube at 10.30am GMT.

Gangnam Style, which has sold over a million copies in the UK, topped the singles charts in 27 countries, including the our very own Official Singles Chart. The accompanying video has been viewed over 1.5 billion times on YouTube.

Earlier this week, as singles sales in the UK reached the 1 billion mark for the first time, and Gangnam Style was revealed as one of the Top 20 most downloaded singles of all-time.
