How come the amazing RAYE is already on ACR when when the awful REMA after 25 weeks in the chart will , maybe, getting a new peak this Friday and still climbing the chart??!!

I don't think Niall Horan will last, sorry to all those 1D fangirls! However, sales is keepin it up, so it wont fall out of the Top 20 exactly.

Nice to see Strandz holding up, I think this is a bot like the Liilz situation from earlier last year

Quite a but of ACR this week, escapism, anti-hero, messy in heaven and let go are all on ACR this week!

H

HazDaSprinter

Let Go, Creepin and Messy In Heaven are most likely to stay in the Top 30 or 40 bc the sales havent completely declined, as weve seen with anti hero and escapism

R

I really hope Libianca doesn't end up falling this week!

Its sad to see escapism and anti-hero go, but that doesn't mean we should let green green grass back into the top 10!! And why are we letting as it was go back up the chart?? I'm honestly just glad SZA escaped ACR this week

the label requested a reset from acr when it eas nominated for song of the year at the brits, and unfortulately the occ granted that reset explaining why its so high.

green green grass & as it was above escapism in february 2023 should be illegal

Doubt green green grass will be ahead by friday

R

Any reason why it went up to #8?

Probably just Brit awards nomination, think it will flutter out as the week progresses

Sales, but also there has been a rise in streaming levels, which has also impacted Pink's singles in the process, with new chart positions they wouldnt have normally had.

GGG 100% since it was reset due to being SOTY contender at the brits. AIW shouldn't be so high but at least its reset is valid due to a genuine increase in streams following the brits performance and win. George's was due to his beggy label

C

Conor

1

george's label requested a manual reset from acr when it was nominated for a brit and was granted

C

Conor

2

sadly it wont as 100% of sales are being accounted for for it (an have been for the past 2 weeks), previously only half of those were when it was on acr

avatar

Rob Parkinson

2

I think sales is the key word there, sales have propped it up in this update, its streaming is nowhere near any other tracks in the region so pretty confident it will be behind some of these tracks, definitely behind escapism by friday even though that is on acr

hope boys a liar can catch up

That gain for 'Trustfall' following P!NK's album is awesome news. Hope 'When I Get There' makes the Top 40 on Friday too!

Sad to see 'Anti-Hero' falling to ACR, but it had a truly fantastic run. :)

Oh dear, 'Green Green Grass' returning to the Top 10 is disappointing. Hope it doesn't last! 😩

Cool that '10:35' is heading back to the region at a new peak though. :)

H

Unfortunately, it didnt decrease bc streaming numbers are increasing, like Pink's two singles, that were just relying on sales. If streaming increases, Green Green Grass could possibly crack the Top 5... but i think next week it will be back to normal

Never Gonna Not Dance Again and TRUSTFALL both rose in streams on the Saturday Spotify update

R

River

2

Yeah but sales is still the majle thing in it, considering trustfall was #45 on the Saturday spotify chart, and never gonna not dance again was I think between #60-#65, but both songs are in the top 20.

R

River

1

Major* not majle

avatar

rayever

2

not really, on Apple Music TRUSTFALL is at 13 and Never Gonna Not Dance again is at 23

Glad to see 'Boy's A Liar' move into the runner-up position! 😊

I really hope it goes to #1 one day, although it's a shame Ice Spice likely won't ever get a credit. :/

H

HazDaSprinter

2

Nah, she prob will, bc of the impact of the remix

C

Conor

2

its not down to impact its down to the record label. if they request ice spice to be credited then she will but atm they havent. it was the same with big energy last year - it was credited to latto and then when it sratred to rise the label requested mariah/dj khaled to be added so they were

avatar

this rule is so weird... the ice spice version is like 99% of the songs current success but it takes a record label for her to actually get credit
