One Direction and Susan Boyle are the latest stars to lend their support to the BBC’s annual Children In Need campaign.

One Direction will open the appeal night programme, which will be screened live on BBC One on November 18. Other musical guests including Susan Boyle, JLS, Westlife, and The Collective (Gary Barlow, Ed Sheeran, Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Ms. Dynamite, Tulisa, Wretch 32, Rizzle Kicks, Mz Bratt, Dot Rotten and Labrinth) who recorded this year’s Children In Need single, ‘Teardrop’, popping up throughout the evening. While Kylie Minogue, Jessie J, and Cheryl Cole have recorded video messages.
