Olivia Rodrigo’s Drivers License scores a ninth week at atop the Official Singles Chart, becoming the longest-running Number 1 debut single in the UK for 15 years.

Drivers License sees off fierce competition from Nathan Evans’ Wellerman with 220 Kid and Billen Ted, which led the way midweek but finishes at Number 2, just 742 chart sales behind.

Olivia now has the UK’s longest-running Number 1 debut single since 2006, when Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy notched up nine weeks at Number 1. At the time, it was the UK’s first Number 1 single based on download sales alone.

Behind Wellerman, Tiesto’s The Business climbs one place to Number 3 – now the producer’s joint-highest charting single in the UK with 2014’s Wasted ft. Matthew Koma.

Elsewhere in the Top 10, Drake dominates, landing three new entries with tracks from his new EP Scary Hours 2: What’s Next (4), Lemon Pepper Freestyle ft. Rick Ross (6), and Wants And Needs (10). The entries take his total of Top 10 hits to 61. View Drake's Top 40 most-streamed songs in the UK here.

Further down, Silk Sonic – the new project from Bruno Mars and Anderson. Paak – are new at 20 with Leave The Door Open, Justin Bieber’s Hold On lands at 25, marking his 54th UK Top 40 entry, and AJ Tracey’s new single Anxious opens at 34.

Eh? I thought Dance Monkey was Tones & I's debut single (and was number 1 for 11 weeks...), and Olivia Rodrigo has already had All I Want in the charts 2 years ago.

Well with streaming points and ratios for Radio 1 (Singles) Drivers License has clocked 9 weeks on top, but really it still stands on the official Sales Charts countdown, as only done 1 Week at #1, so this can be misleading to some, also you cant compare the charts before 2014 as back then (Before 2014) it was just pure sales for Radio 1 now on singles charts for Radio 1 is added adjustment ratio and point systems to now fake total units, I love the charts structor before streaming was introduced, in that case Radio 1 would of still remained as the only major countdown on radio worldwide to do the Sales charts but this has now change, it make sense now Radio 1 Should Just do Streaming and no Units input, I think Radio 2 Should do the Sales Countdown.

She doesn't deserve the success which is why I am going to download it on Napster, the place that you can do illegal downloading on.

You guys are so dumb for making this song go on No.1 again. You are idiots.

Not exactly (all of us is making this top), it only been top for one week drivers license on the official sales countdown (OCC) it just radio 1 for Singles Charts adds Ratios and Points system which a large of proportion of streaming hit is control is by Playlist Channels coverage by Labels & Record Industry for spins than people searching and play for their selected hits, then it gets adjustment for other kinda not true total units.

Seems like Drake has lost his streaming mojo right now by not going into the top for this week .

While it’s frustrating that we still didn’t get a change at the top today (especially when there were only a few hundred combined sales in it), we’ll definitely get a new #1 next week because ‘Drivers License’ is almost certainly being placed on ACR after today!

I just don’t know if it’s going to be ‘Wellerman’ or ‘Patience’ yet, but I’d honestly be happy with either taking over. :)

I'd be surprised if Patience gets number one straight off the bat. It's a bop though. I think Wellerman deserves it, even if only for one week.

She thinks she will rule the world but she won't.

She always sings about her sob stories which no one cares about. Keep it to yourself.

I think 'Wellerman' could be No.1 next week to knock off that flop song on the top.

If no one cared, her song wouldn't be #1!

It's #2 on tonight's First Look Update! :O

I really thought it was going to be at the top, but 'Wellerman' spiked in sales because it was performed on Saturday Night Takeaway last night, while 'Latest Trends' is currently ahead on streaming because of a remix with Aitch.
