Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle has revealed that she has signed a new record deal with a major label.

The star has spent the last two years working on new music and has teamed up with Brian Higgins - the man behind Girls Aloud's entire catalogue of hits.

Nadine has signed to Virgin EMI - home to the likes of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, MNEK, Lorde, Shawn Mendes and Emeli Sande.

"I’m so excited to be releasing music again," she told The Sun. "I’m nervous but really happy to be sharing them finally.

"It’s a dream come true to sign a solo deal with a label that’s as brilliant as Virgin EMI. The team really share my vision for the album and I can’t wait to start performing again."
