Mary Poppins Returns soundtrack features nine new songs and performances by Emily Blunt, Meryl Streep, Dick Van Dyke and Angela Lansbury

Details of the Mary Poppins Returns soundtrack have been announced.

The motion picture soundtrack features 27 tracks - nine of which are brand new songs - and will be released on December 7 via Walt Disney Records/UMC. 

Those who pre-order a download of the album get two songs from the collection immediately, Trip A Little Light Fantastic and The Place Where Lost Things Go. Watch clips of the songs below: 

Songs on the album are performed by Emily Blunt (who plays Mary Poppins), Meryl Streep, Ben Whishaw, Angela Lansbury and Dick Van Dyke. 

The all-new original songs were composed by Tony/Grammy winning composer Marc Shiaman (Hairspray, South Park) and co-written by Scott Wittman.
