Mark Ronson denies Ed Sheeran Billboard Number 1 single

Mark Ronson has continued his reign atop the Billboard Hot 100 with Uptown Funk.

The Bruno Mars-assisted track logs a ninth week at Number 1 on the tally, denying Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud the top spot, holding at Number 2. 

Meanwhile, Maroon 5 climb a place to Number 3 with Sugar - the third single from their latest album V - and Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney's FourFiveSeconds reaches a new peak at Number 5.

Elsewhere in the Top 10, Taylor Swift's Style climbs to 7, and Pitbull FT Ne-Yo's Time Of Our Lives enters the Top 10 at Number 10.

Further down the chart, Zedd and Selena Gomez's I Want You To Know is this week's highest new entry a 17, Ariana Grande's One Last Time reaches at new peak at 30, and Kelly Clarkson's Heartbeat Song enters the Top 40 at 37. 

Other notable entries and big climbers on this week's chart include Common and John Legend's Oscar-winning song Glory, which is up from 99 to 49, and Kid Rock's First Kiss starts at Number 66.
