Lil Nas X strides to Number 1 for a third week with Old Town Road on the Official Irish Singles Chart

Beyoncé's Sorry makes its Top 50 debut three years after its release.

Old Town Road by Lil Nas X is Ireland’s biggest song for a third consecutive week.

The trap/country hybrid leads the Top 50 for another week, racing ahead of the closest competition – Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy – by nearly 3,000 combined sales.

Meduza and Goodboys’ house anthem Piece Of Your Heart leaps eight places to Number 4, while four songs reach new peaks in the Top 20: Ava Max’s So Am I (13); Don’t Feel Like Crying by Sigrid (16); Alec Benjamin’s Let Me Down Slowly (17); and this week’s highest climber All Day and Night from Europa (Jax Jones & Martin Solveig) featuring Madison Beer (20).

Lil Dicky takes out this week’s highest new entry at Number 21 with Earth which features uncredited vocals from the likes of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Miley Cyrus, while Power is Power gives Sza her first Top 50 entry as a lead artist; debuting at Number 31, the collaboration with The Weeknd and Travis Scott is a soundtrack song from the final series of Game of Thrones.

Kygo & Rita Ora’s Pokémon: Detective Pikachu track Carry On starts at 33 giving Rita her 16th Top 50 hit, while Khalid claims his 15th Irish chart hit with the John Mayer-assisted Outta My Head at 35.

Finally, Beyoncé’s Sorry makes its Top 50 debut at Number 36 three years after it was released as part of Lemonade, which was added to streaming services earlier this week.
