Liam Gallagher has announced he will play a huge stadium show in Ireland this summer.

The Oasis frontman will headline Irish Independent Park in Cork on June 23, his first Irish show in just over a year - LG performed at Malahide Castle on June 15, 2018.

Gallagher shared the news on his social media accounts this morning:

Ticket prices start at €49.50 and go on sale at 8.30am on Friday February 15.

Liam's debut studio album reached Number 1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart in October 2017, becoming the sixth chart topper of his career after five of Oasis' albums hit the top spot in Ireland.

Liam is not the only Gallagher heading to Ireland in June. His brother Noel will top the bill at Malahide Castle on June 16, following in his brothers footsteps. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will be supported by Doves, Blossoms and DMA's.
