Katy Perry has released her Swish Swish video - and it's one weird, wonderful and star-packed basketball game.

The clip is full of famous faces including Terry Crews, Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things, Molly Shannon, and loads of others.

The Swish Swish video was directed by Dave Meyers and harks back to her visuals for Hot N Cold, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.), Birthday and Roar.

Katy previously described the clip as depicting "the most absurd [basketball] game of the century", which just about sums it up nicely. The Tigers, led by Katy, take on rivals The Sheep and they get, well, slaughtered.
However, thanks to a bit of motivation from Nicki Minaj, there’s a last-minute comeback and her band of misfits come together to wreak havoc on the court. Watch below:

Swish Swish is the third single from Katy's Witness album, following Chained To The Rhythm and Bon Appetit. She also features on Calvin Harris's recent Number 1 single Feels alongside Pharrell Williams and Big Sean.

The track debuted at Number 40 on the Official Singles Chart when it was put out as a pre-album release teaser. It has since been scaling back up the Top 100 and is a regular feature on the Official Trending Chart.

Ugh. Why does she have to have a rapper on EVERY song these days?

I love that this song was empowering for those who feel like underdogs. It must have been hard to make fun of yourself, especially seeing as your face when you were speaking of suicide was in there. Katy needs applauding for this! In no way is she making herself the victim, she is taking all of those things that the media are saying about her and laughing about it which isn't an easy thing considering how much it hurt her. I really admire Katy for being her goofy self, it's far better than being normal.
