Jessie J triumphs at the MOBO Awards!

Congratulations to Jessie J who walked away with four gongs at last night’s (Wednesday, October 5) MOBO Awards.

The London singer beat off tough competition to win the awards for Best UK Act, Best Newcomer, Best Song for her track ‘Do It Like A Dude’ and Best album for her debut release, ‘Who You Are’.

The ceremony, which was held at the SECC in Glasgow, also saw fellow Brits Adele and Tinie Tempah scoop the Best R&B/Soul and Best Hip-Hop/Grime Act awards, respectively, while Tinchy Stryder and Dappy won the Best Video award for their collaboration, ‘Spaceship’.

Amy Winehouse, who passed away in July of this year, was given a special tribute during the show which was lead by her god-daughter, singer Dionne Bromfield.
