Congratulations to Harry Styles who has scored his second solo Number 1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart.

Harry’s second studio album Fine Line leads the Top 50 for Christmas, ending the week 600 chart sales ahead of last week’s chart topper Rod Stewart with You’re In My Heart (2). Fine Line was the most purchased download and vinyl album of the week.

Including his career with One Direction, Harry has never missed Number 1 with any of his studio albums; all five of One Direction’s records went to the top spot, and his self-titled solo debut reached the summit in May 2017.

In at 3 is the week’s most streamed album Heavy Is The Head by British rapper Stormzy, the follow-up to his 2017 Number 1 debut Gang Signs & Prayer.

After a performance on Virgin Media One’s The Graham Norton Show, Coldplay rise four places with Everyday Life (11), while The Pogues also get a TV uplift; The Best Of returns to the Top 50 (21) after Shane MacGowan was commemorated on RTÉ One’s The Late Late Show.
