K-pop sensation Psy spends a third week at Number 1 on the Official Streaming Chart, meaning his song Gangnam Style is still the UK’s most listened to track!

The Official Streaming Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company on behalf of the British music industry, and has been running since May. It is the first chart which ranks audio streams from both ad-funded and subscription streaming services in the UK, which reflects the increasing interest in the new generation of music services such as Spotify, Deezer, Napster and We7.

Former Official Singles Chart Number 1, Diamonds by Rihanna, surges up nine places to Number 2 on this week’s chart, knocking The Script FT Will.I.Am’s Hall Of Fame into third place. Taylor Swift’s We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together holds firm at Number 4, while Mumford And Sons complete this week’s Top 5 with I Will Wait at Number 5.
