Florence + The Machine and Kendrick Lamar will headline this year's Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time (BST) Hyde Park on July 2.

Summer may seem a long way off but tickets go on sale this Friday (December 4) for what has become an unmissable date in the UK festival calendar. Since its inception in 2013, each BST headliner is joined by a full supporting line-up across 5 stages, from rock and pop juggernauts to stars on the rise.

It’s a real honour to headline Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park." Florence said. "It’s an iconic place to perform, especially for a British artist. I grew up in London. All of my first gigs were here. We will put on something really special. What’s amazing is that we have free reign, so we are going to make something magical happen!"

Joining Florence and Kendrick on this date are producer/DJs Jamie xx and Blood Orange.

2016's cast of headliners is already shaping up to be an all-star cast, with Take That on July 9 and Mumford & Sons on July 8.

Now in its fourth year, the British Summer Time concert series has previously seen headliners including Taylor Swift, Blur, The Who, Kylie Minogue, Chic and The Rolling Stones.

Tickets for this show, priced between £59.50 and £199.50, go on general sale 9am Friday, December 4. Barclaycard presale tickets are available from November 30, while AEG's presale starts on December 2. Click here for more information
