Sam Fender takes on Tate McRae for this week's highest new entry
Gracie Abrams’ That’s So True starts the week off in front of the competition for a third week at Number 1.
Geordie hero Sam Fender is looking for the best debut of his career with People Watching (4), which takes the lead for this week’s highest new entry.
But not far behind Sam is Tate McRae, also on track to debut inside the Top 5 with 2 hands (5).
Girls Aloud’s former chart-topper I’ll Stand By You is expected to re-enter the Official Singles Chart at Number 10 thanks to the release of I’ll Stand By You (Sarah’s Version) for BBC Children In Need.
Released as the Official single of BBC Children In Need this year, I'll Stand By You (Sarah's Version) contains a previously unheard full lead vocal from the band's much-missed Sarah Harding. I'll Stand By You (a cover of the Pretenders' 1994 original), originally peaked at Number 1 in 2004. It was the second of Girls Aloud's four UK Number 1 hits (the others are Sound of the Underground, Walk This Way with Sugababes and The Promise)
Following the release of their new album From Zero, Linkin Park’s latest single Two Faced looks to earn a Number 11 debut.
BTS star Jin could score his first UK Top 40 solo single with RUNNING WILD expected to debut at Number 16.

'Nice To Meet You' lasting a second week is crazy

tate mcrae is such a forgettable artist that i didn’t even know she had a new song out. it’s probably really bad too
nice to see two faced here though - a strong track off an okay album. if heavy is the crown is the modern faint, this must be the modern one step closer 🔥

Pleased to see 'People Watching' and '2 Hands' set to debut in the Top 5.
Very happy that 'I'll Stand By You' is set for a big re-entry in tribute to Sarah Harding.
