Austria’s Conchita Wurst stormed to victory at the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 last weekend, but she has been piped at the post by The NetherlandsThe Common Linnets on this week’s Official Singles Chart.

The country duo’s Calm After The Storm takes the title of the UK’s highest charting Eurovision single of 2014 so far, climbing 86 places to make its Top 10 debut at Number 9. The group’s debut album is also a new entry at Number 40 on this week’s Official Albums Chart.

Conchita Wurst’s epic ballad, Rise Like A Phoenix, enters at Number 17, while the UK’s very own Molly takes third place with Children Of The Universe, which climbs ten places to Number 23.
