Emeli Sande’s Our Version Of Events smashes through one million sales

Emeli Sande has extended her lead as the biggest selling artist album of 2012 so far, as Our Version Of Events smashes through the one million sales milestone.

According to the Official Charts Company’s latest sales data, Emeli Sande’s debut album, Our Version Of Events, has now sold over a million copies in the UK.

Sande, who won the 2012 BRITs Critics Choice Award, released her debut album back in February. It debuted at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart and has spent an impressive 43 weeks in the Top 10.

Our Version Of Events has now sold 1,028,000 copies to date, making it the biggest selling artist album of 2012 so far.
