Ed Sheeran's Bad Habits claims ninth week at Irish Singles Number 1 and scores highest new entry with Visiting Hours

Ed Sheeran makes it nine weeks at Number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart with Bad Habits and also scores the week’s highest new entry with Visiting Hours.

The unstoppable Bad Habits is once more Ireland’s most downloaded and streamed song, while Ed’s = album teaser track Visiting Hours earns a Top 10 debut at 8, his 32nd top flight hit.

Joel Corry & Jax Jones’ OUT OUT ft. Charli XCX and Saweetie climbs into the Top 10 this week, up six places to Number 7. Approaching the Top 10 are Anne-Marie and Little Mix with Kiss My (Uh Oh) which scales two slots to Number 13, and Doja Cat with Woman, up four spots to Number 14.

YouTuber-turned-recording artist Clinton Kane takes out his second Irish Top 30 hit with I Guess I’m In Love, a new entry at 15.

Two tracks from Dua Lipa reach new peak positions this week – Elton John collaboration Cold Heart (Pnau Remix) advances six to Number 23, while Love Again climbs one place to Number 36. This week’s highest climber is Love Tonight by Australian electronic music duo Shouse, which ascends seven places to Number 37.

Finally, British rappers Tion Wayne and ArrDee make a Top 50 debut at 41 with Wid It, Lorde claims her fifth Top 50 hit with Mood Ring at 44, and Shawn Mendes’ new single Summer Of Love bows at 50.
