Ed Sheeran’s Equals claims third total week at Number 1 on the Irish Albums Chart

Plus Eminem's Curtain Call flies into the Top 5 following his Super Bowl performance.

Ed Sheeran boosts back in at Number 1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart with Equals.

Marking Ed’s third total week at Number 1 with the album, Equals topples Olivia Rodrigo’s SOUR which finishes at Number 2 today.

Eminem’s greatest hits Curtain Call leaps seven to a brand new peak of Number 5 following his Superbowl performance at the weekend, finishing just ahead of this week’s highest new entry The Dream by Alt-J at Number 6 – their fourth studio album.

Further down, there are three more brand new entries in this week’s Top 50; American indie rockers Big Thief debut at 22 with fifth studio album Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe In You, 4 – the fourth joint album by Slash to feature Myles Kennedy – is at Number 29, and finally Eddie Vedder’s fourth solo collection Earthling debuts at Number 41.
