David Guetta and Sia have had many successful collaborations over the years, and now their newest is reaching greater heights.

Flames is Number 1 on the UK's Official Trending Chart this week, the Top 20 rundown of the biggest songs making upward gains in UK music. Flames earned the title of highest climber on the Official Singles Chart last Friday, and with that momentum continuing into this week too, Flames is trending more than any other song this week.

Jess Glynne is also enjoying a whirlwind week with her new single I'll Be There. Following on from her record-setting sixth Number 1 single (as a featured artist on Rudimental's These Days), Jess returned this week, delivering a performance of I'll Be There on The Graham Norton Show. Momentum, achieved.

Also new this week is Shawn Mendes with Youth. A huge promotional billboard campaign for the duet ft. Khalid has got fans buzzing on social media. A strong showing of initial downloads and streams sees Youth in this week's Top 10.

Elsewhere on the chart, Alice Merton's No Roots, originally released in December 2016, is gaining serious ground thanks to the release of her new EP and a performance on The One Show. Plus, Childish Gambino impacts this week with his political single This Is America.

Finally, Celine Dion makes her Official Trending Chart debut this week with Ashes, the lead single from the soundtrack to Deadpool 2. The music video has gone viral following its release last Thursday (May 3) which features the anti-hero showing off his best contemporary dance routine.

About the Official Trending Chart

The Official Trending Chart is a brand new chart launched for 2016 to highlight the hottest new tracks beginning to make an impact in the UK every week.

The Top 20 rundown, published on OfficialCharts.com every Tuesday, based on the first four days’ sales of each chart week, is designed to highlight emerging hits as they begin to scale the Official Charts and build buzz.

The Official Trending Chart ranks titles which are showing week-on-week chart growth, and is the only “new music” chart to reflect audio track sales and streams comprehensively across all services.

Devised by the Official Charts Company in close consultation with labels, retailers and media, the chart since launch has already highlighted emerging hits such as Number 1 singles These Days by Rudimental, Eminem's River ft. Ed Sheeran, and Lil Dicky's Freaky Friday.

The chart is designed to help highlight hit singles in their early stages of their growth, in the light of the shift in release strategies of record labels over the past six months. Under “On Air On Sale”, labels have started to release new music for consumers to buy or stream on the same day as those tracks are released to media (including radio stations and TV).
