Beyonce announces Formation world tour after show-stopping Super Bowl 50 performance

The superstar is heading back out on the road this summer.

Beyonce has announced details of her Formation world tour following her appearance at this year's Super Bowl 50 half-time show. 

The superstar will head back out on the road this summer, with the tour kicking off in North America in April and reaching the UK in June (the full list of dates appears below).

The announcement came immediately after her showstopping performance alongside Coldplay and Bruno Mars at the Super Bowl 50 half-time show, as well as the free download and video release of her track Formation. 

The Formation world tour follows Beyonce's recent Mrs Carter Show jaunt, which kicked off in 2013 and ran for two years. 

Tickets go on sale on Monday, February 15 in Europe and Tuesday, February 16 in North America. Members of Beyonce's Beyhive club may purchase tickets in advance on Tuesday, February 9 and Monday, February 15 for shows going on sale on February 22.
