Anastacia reveals tracklisting for Ultimate Collection, new track Take This Chance

The album will include hits such as I’m Outta Love, Left Outside Alone and Paid My Dues.

Anastacia has unveiled the tracklisting for her upcoming greatest hits album Ultimate Collection.

The LP will feature 19 tracks including Official Singles Chart Top 10s I’m Outta Love, Left Outside Alone and Sick And Tired, as well as a brand new track Take This Chance.

Take This Chance – out now – was co-written with Johan Carlsson (One Direction, Ella Henderson) Jacob Luttrell (Sia, Justin Bieber), Cait La Dee, Steven Diamond and David Guetta and produced by MdL (Justin Bieber, Maroon 5) and Tom Meredith (One Direction, Andy Grammer).

Reading the line-up of producers, I'm not surprised that in this song Anastacia hardly sounds like Anastacia. They messed about with her voice, the "arrangement" is simple, the sound cheap. I'm afraid the single will be a flop, and hence the album won't be selling too well either. I can only hope that nevertheless Sony is still willing to invest in another new (sprock) album with decent producers.
