Alicia Keys returns with a fresh sound on new song In Common - listen

Alicia Keys has released her brand new single today (May 4), called In Common. 

The summery track - available to stream now - was co written by Alicia with The Weeknd hitmaker Illangelo. Have a listen below: 

"We all have our issues, our challenges," Alicia said of the inspiration behind In Common. "We are all kind of messed up and that's all right. In fact, that's what helps us understand each other. To me, that's is what is so beautiful."

The track serves as her first single in four years and the lead single from her sixth studio album, which will follow this summer. To date, the superstar has racked up 16 UK Top 40 hits, including nine Top 10s. Click here to have a look at her full chart history.

Alicia will perform In Common for the first time on NBC's Saturday Night Live on Saturday, May 7 and later again on May 28, where she will be the first ever musician to open the UEFA Champions League Final.
