It appears that the show is indeed over for The Greatest Showman at Number 1 on the UK's Official Video Chart.

Darkest Hour, Academy Award and Golden Globe winner for Best Actor, is leading this week's Official Video Chart Update, a midweek glance at DVD & Blu-ray sales in the UK so far this week.

Starring Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill, Darkest Hour has shifted 101,000 units so far, outselling the rest of the Top 10 combined. The Greatest Showman's three week stint appears to be over; its 33,000 copies sold so far this week leave it with a huge deficit to make up at Number 2.

The Greatest Showman recently made history as the fastest-selling movie digital download ever, while the physical variant is the second fastest-selling of 2018 so far.

Gerard Butler thriller Den of Thieves is also set for a Top 5 debut at Number 3, plus Paul Bettany war drama Journey's End is new at 5.

New entries and high climbers

Bobby Robson: More Than A Manager, a documentary about the late footballing legend is set for a Top 10 placing at Number 7, ahead of the special anniversary edition of The Dam Busters at Number 10.

Colin Firth and Rachel Weisz star in The Mercy, impacting at Number 15 in today's sales flash, while the Complete 1st Season of Marvel's Iron Fist punches its way to Number 18. Sci-fi epic The Titan starring Sam Worthington also makes a dent in the Top 20 at Number 19.

WWE WrestleMania 34, which features the pro-wrestling debut of UFC star Ronda Rousey enters at Number 25, ahead of 100 Years of the RAF at Number 27.

Finally two more new home ents releases may make an impression on Sunday's final Top 40: The 15:17 to Paris directed by Clint Eastwood has travelled as far as Number 32, and Fred: The Godfather of British Crime could sneak in at Number 40.
