THE CODE

The Code is the winning song of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 by Switzerland's winning contestant Nemo.
Genre-bending track The Code – which was written about Nemo coming to terms with their non-binary identity – debuted on the UK Official Singles Chart at Number 18 on 17 May 2024, the week after the Malmo grand final.
The Code, described by the BBC as a "drum and bass EDM opera" is Nemo’s first UK chart entry and marked the fifth year in a row (discounting the cancelled 2020 contest), that the Eurovision winner has placed within the UK Top 40 following the contest.
Written by Nemo Mettler, Benjamin Alasu, Lasse Midtsian Nymann and Linda Dale, The Code was produced by Nemo along with Benjamin Alasu, Lasse Midtsian Nymann, Tom Oehler, Wojciech Kostrzewa, Pele Loriano and Nikodem Milewski.
