RITA ORA

Rita Ora seemingly came out of nowhere to become one of the brightest pop stars of her generation when she hit Number 1 with DJ Fresh and Hot Right Now in 2013 - the first drum & bass track ever to top the Official Singles Chart.

Three more UK chart-toppers followed; RIP, How We Do (Party) and the jubilant I Will Never Let You Down, before the breakdown of her first record contract sent her into retreat. But Rita has never been one to give up, and an expansion of her celebrity - including stints on The X Factor and The Voice - helped her solidify her status and launch a celebrated comeback with Phoenix in 2018, with hit singles like Your Song, Anywhere and Let You Love Me all hitting the Top 10.

One of the British female solo artists with the most Number 1s in UK chart history, Rita was also the first British female solo artist to claim 13 UK Top 10 singles.
