Why isn't Bat Out Of #1 as it sold/streamed the most? I love the rock/metal chart, but why are there exclusions like Smells Like Teen Spirit, If Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls is allowed how come Don't Stop Believin', Eye Of The Tiger + Aerosmith songs etc are not?

I think in Bat Out of Hells case its the length. Paradise by the Dashboard Light is noticeably missing too while all the songs here (or the radio edit of I'd Do Anything for Love, which people go to most) arent as long as either of those

Good answer, but I don't agree because the album Bat Out Of isn't in the Rock/Metal Chart either! Also why is Nirvana's album Nevermind in the Album chart when Smells Like Teen Spirit has never been in the Rock/Metal Singles chart?
