X Factor’s Andrea Faustini signs record deal

Andrea Faustini has signed a record deal with RCA and will release an album of original songs later this year.

The Italian singer rose to fame as a contestant in last year’s X Factor, placing third behind runner-up up Fleur East and winner Ben Haenow.

“Only a year ago I was a normal student in Italy with a dream to sing,” says Andrea, “Thanks to the UK public my dream is about to become a reality and I can’t wait to work with RCA and show everyone what I can do.”  

Other artists signed to RCA include Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, Labrinth, Kelly Clarkson and Sia.
