The X Factor final is this weekend, and we now know the finalists hoping to win, and the guest performers who will add some star power to the finale.

Following last night's semi-final (November 26), Kevin, Grace and Rak-su have made the final - and the buses with their faces emblazoned across them are out in full force. Amazing. Sadly, things are not so good for Louis Walsh, who is the only judge without an act in the final.

As for the special guests, The X Factor have pulled out all the stops, bringing in a world-class line-up. P!nk will perform on the show weekend (and will also appear on The Graham Norton Show), while Sam Smith will also take to the stage to sing something from his recent Number 1 album, The Thrill Of It All.

X Factor alumni are also returning to show the contestants how it's done. Former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is confirmed, while 2011 winners Little Mix are heading back to promote the Platinum Edition of their latest album Glory Days. Latin boyband CNCO are also appearing, so it's safe to assume they'll be performing their hit collaboration Reggaeton Lento.

We're not sure which acts will perform on Saturday or Sunday just yet, so keep your eyes peeled for more information on that.

Either Rak-su, Kevin or Grace will become the 14th winner of The X Factor this weekend. Rak-su could become only the second group to ever win, while Kevin could be the first international act to ever win the show.

@OfficialCharts: Will all the Rak-Su & Grace releases become chart-eligible after X Factor is over?

I assume they aren't presently, since they are exclusive to iTunes, or because X Factor requested they not be charted. How else could #1 songs on iTunes fail to make the actual weekly charts?
