The Stone Roses' surprise single is Number 1 on this week's Official Trending Chart

The rock band's comeback just got bigger...

The Stone Roses’ surprise comeback single All For One leads the way on this week's Official Trending Chart.

The Manchester Rock band took the world by surprise with the release of All For One last Thursday evening (May 12) and everyone hasn't stopped talking about it since.

On course for a strong debut over on the Official Singles Chart, the track is all-but-certain to be the Roses' first Top 40 hit in 17 years this Friday (May 20). View The Stone Roses' complete UK chart history here.

Also making a big impact this week are the Invictus Games Choir. Formed by Gareth Malone and starring in a two-part BBC documentary, their theme song for this year’s games Flesh And Blood (featuring soprano Laura Wright) is on track for a Top 10 entry on the Official Singles Chart.

Two more brand new tracks in this week's trending Top 20 are Reggie 'N' Bollie with debut single New Girl, and David Guetta's theme for Euro 2016 This One's For You, which features Zara Larsson. Both songs are on course to debut inside the UK Top 40 this week.

Two entries from last weekend's Eurovision Song Contest also appear in this week's Official Trending Chart after gaining in popularity since Saturday night. The UK's entry by Joe and Jake, called You're Not Alone, and Sweden's representative Frans with his offering If I Were Sorry, which finished fifth.

Rounding out this week's chart is OneRepublic's new single Wherever I Go. With an upcoming performance on Britain's Got Talent confirmed, there's a good chance we'll see the track climb the Official Trending Chart in the coming weeks.
