You'd be fools to miss out on this one... The Stone Roses have announced details of three massive gigs, taking place next year.

The iconic Manchester rock band will return to the stage in June 2017 to play shows at Belfast Arena (June 13), Hampden Park in Glasgow (June 24) and London's Wembley Stadium (June 2017).

The announcement follows the band's recent four night stint at Manchester's Etihad Stadium (performing to over 240,000 people) and a sold out show at Madison Square Gardens.

But will there be new material from them at the gigs? The band have played down reports that they're set to release a new album - a follow up to 1994's Second Coming - despite releasing two new songs this year.

This summer has seen the band score a pair of Top 40 hits on the Official Singles Chart, with All For One in May and Beautiful Thing in June - their first hits on the chart in 17 years. Click here to see The Stone Roses' complete Official Chart history.

Tickets for the 2017 shows go on sale on Friday, September 30 at 9.30am.
