As it's Mother's Day in the UK this weekend, we're having a Ladies' Day theme. Songs about ladies, or by ladies, we didn’t mind – as long as it was amazing and was a total anthem, we considered it!

Every Friday we embark on the hunt for your Pop Gems – those overlooked classics that used to be all over your radio but have somehow fallen down the back of pop's sofa.
