You're probably aware by now that Sam Smith has sold a lot of records.
His 2014 debut album, In The Lonely Hour, has notched up 2.3 million sales (including streaming equivalent sales) in the UK alone, while three of his singles were recently revealed as Official Chart 'millionaires'. Globally, sales of his first collection stand at 12 million.
Sam has so far released or featured on 11 official singles in his short but extremely successful career, six of which have reached Number 1. But which is Sam Smith's most popular non-single?
Based on sales and streams in the UK, the answer, Official Charts can reveal, is In The Lonely Hour album track Leave Your Lover.
Despite not being given a single release, Leave Your Lover has been streamed 12.6 million times in the UK and even sneaked into America's Billboard Hot 100 singles chart at 92 - though it never quite made the Top 100 in the UK.
Sam releases his new album, The Thrill Of It All, on November 3, where they'll no doubt be more delightful deep cuts to get stuck into.
