Disney's all-star fantasy adventure Oz the Great and Powerful goes straight in at Number 1 on the Official Video Chart.

It's definitely adventure time in tinsel town as director Sam Raimi's Oz the Great and Powerful knocks last week's Official Video Chart topper Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters off the Number 1 spot.

Based on Frank Baum's Oz novels and taking its cues from the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz, the 2013 pre-turn to the land that certainly isn't Kansas features the likes of James Franco, Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz and Michelle Williams, and tops both the Official DVD and the Official Blu-ray format charts too.

Meanwhile, the Wachowski siblings and Tom Tykwer's adaptation of Cloud Atlas starring Tom Hanks and Halle Berry goes straight in at Number 2 on this week's Offiicial Video Chart.

Despicable Me slides one to Number 3, while last week's Official Video Chart topper Hansel & Gretel - Witch Hunters is down three to Number 4. This week's Official Video Chart Top 5 is completed by the popular adaptation of Yann Martell's Life of Pi.
