One Direction have a night on the town in new video for Midnight Memor

1D let their hair down after a house party in the video for the title track from their third album.

One Direction have unveiled the new video for their next single Midnight Memories.

Kicking off as a house party fizzles out, Harry, Liam, Niall, Zayn and Louis decide to take their revelry out on the open, tearing through London via a kebab shop, speeding along the River Thames and, erm doing a spot of chair-dancing on a mobility scooter.

Midnight Memories was penned by Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne and is also the name of their latest album, which was the biggest selling artist album of 2013 after just five weeks on sale. The Midnight Memories album has so far sold over 726,000 copies in the UK.

The track already charted at Number 46 back when the album was released in December 2013. If it breaks the Top 40 on its proper release and we have a feeling it might – it will be One Direction’s 12th Top 40 hit. Will it be their fourth Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart?
