We’re counting down the days until Christmas with our virtual Official Charts Advent Calendar featuring the Number 1 singles of 2011!
Today it’s the turn of One Direction and their debut smash hit ‘What Makes You Beautiful’.
‘What Makes You Beautiful’ topped the Official Singles Chart back in September and provided the former X Factor stars with their first Number 1.
The track sold nearly 154,000 copies in its first week on sale, and has sold over 484,000 copies to date.
